Before Backstage I thought exercise was something that I *had* to do, and now I see it as part of my identity and focus on how good it makes me feel 🙂

Before BBackstage I forced myself to exercise and didn't keep up with the regime as often as I would have liked. Now I'm an exerciser;
I enjoy what I do and take time out for me in small ways every day.
Before BBackstage I worked out once a week. Now I work out most days (and enjoy it!).
Before BB I was a bit hit and miss with exercise. Now I'm consistent and reminded to prioritise it.
